Castagna hallmark nose of minerals and wet stones, but also pear and apple. Red apple and nashi pear flavours on the palate. Firm, dry, full bodied with a creamy, long elegant finish.

Ripe pear, custard and red apple nose showing classic Chenin. Dry, crunchy malic acid driven palate. Medium bodied with citrus and apple dominating flavours. Probably lacking a bit of residual sugar to balance the acid.
