partially fermented in French oak this wine displays enough primary fruit of green capsicum and herbs to be a good example at a very reasonable price. High acid and light bodied.

100% barrel fermented wine showing some herbaceous and lees notes backed up with some floral and grassy primary fruit. Light bodied dry with a touch of creaminess on the palate due to 20% MLF.

Spot on aromatics displaying pungent passion fruits, gooseberries and touches of green capsicums. Dry with softer acidity that what the nose indicated due to the fact the wine has been barrel fermented and undergone 50% MLF. This only makes the wine more serious and...
