Pretty nose, perfumed, aromatic and pear driven. Soft gently palate, supple and round. More akin to Grigio possibly.

Dense red apple and pear aromas. Some hints of marzipan. Dry medium bodied with medium acidity. Pear and apple flavours continue on the palate and into the long finish. Good varietal example.

Kind of a field blend of pinot gris, riesling and Gewurztraminer all wild fermented. Lovely tropical nose with apricot, orange and floral undertones. Firm palate, off dry with medium acidity. Think Vouvray or Alsace and you are on the right tracks.
