Predominantly made from Grenache Blanc this fleshy, minerally, nutty, round, but firm wine is definitely in the non-fruity style of white wine but still enjoyable and easy match to an array of foods. it is a blend with Roussanne, Bourboulenc, Clairette and Grenache Gris pitching in to help the Grenache Blanc.
