Very pale rosé, just a delicate blush. As the wine warms up in the glass floral aromas appear with some confectionary notes (do not over-chill). On the palate the wine is fresh with well-balanced acidity and a nicely textured mid-palate. Sweet strawberry primary fruits linger on the clean finish. Attractive wine. Made from Grenache using the BVC clone.
