Hints of pear and nutty almond meal on the nose. Mineral and slatey flavours support this light bodied, dry wine with moderate acidity. Good representation of the style. Red Hare also do a Pinot Gris that is a little more fleshier as one would expect and it is nice to compare the two styles side by side.
