Primary fruit driven nose displaying a lovely balance of white pepper and black cherry fruit. Dry medium boded at the most. Juicy acidity driving flavours such as sour red cherries and redcurrants. A touch of fine powdery tannins on the finish. A cool climate Shiraz for Australia.
