Pungent attractive nose full of white flowers and ripe lemons, underpinned by a mineral flinty core. The dry palate has a lovely sustained texture and length with well-balanced acidity creating a moreish wine. Excellent back label explains the winemaking – short amount of skin contact followed by fermentation in old French oak and matured on lees for 3 months.
