Minerally driven nose with touches of struck match and toast. Fresh, zesty palate with barrel ferment toasty oak and vanilla. Creamy but light at the same time. Complex wine, well priced for the quality on show. Only available from their cellar door in mixed packs as this wine was Halliday’s top white wine of the year in 2024.
