Lifted green peppercorns and spice nose. Lovely example of a cool climate Victorian Shiraz displaying black cherry and plum flavours on the palate. Smooth fine grain tannins with a long dry finish. Elegant wine. This wine supports Sunbury’s reputation for Syrah. Again a wine that delivers quality for a modest price.
