J.P Trijsburg

J.P Trijsburg Pinot Noir 2021, Ballarat, Victoria

by | Mar 24, 2023

Primary black cherry, raspberry fruits supported by secondary cedar, fresh tobacco and earth. Light to medium bodied palate that is smooth with soft tannins providing texture. Flavours of dark fruits on the palate. Aged for 18 months in French oak barriques. Overall a really satisfying Pinot that again overdelivers on quality for the price.
