Minerally, stuck match, nutty and lees drive nose. flinty, oatmeal, smoky flavours. Creamy elegant palate with slight MLF butter coming through. Well supported by lemony citrus acidity. Firmly secondary flavour driven rather than primary fruits. Medium plus finish.
