Primary fruit driven nose with mullberries and black plums, supported by vanilla oak. Medium bodied wine with soft tannins sweet fruit and a well balanced finish producing a smooth red. Grown from very mature vines planted in 1973 the wine sees 14 months in oak of which 35% is new. All in all it’s a great value for money wine.
