The wine spends four hours on skins before fermentation. The nose display an abundance of summer fruits including raspberries, fraise des bois and cherries. Slightly creamy textured and fleshy with more cherries and strawberries on the palate. Hint of sweetness on the finish rounds off the wine nicely.
