Single vineyard wild fermented. Textured, off dry wine with a light stone fruit, lemon curd and wet stone nose. Rich palate medium bodied with a lovely long savoury finish.

Kind of a field blend of pinot gris, riesling and Gewurztraminer all wild fermented. Lovely tropical nose with apricot, orange and floral undertones. Firm palate, off dry with medium acidity. Think Vouvray or Alsace and you are on the right tracks.

Ripe redcurrant focused nose. Savoury palate with cherry skins, dry tannic structure, long length.
Cabernet Merlot 2013, East Coast, Tasmania
Black cherry, blackberry fruits. Juicy palate indicating lovely acidity for a change. The wine finishes with dry powdery tannins and hints of licorice.
