lovely autolytic style with strong bready, leesy nose. Strong and powerful palate with bags of flavour and a long finish. Impressive stuff. Barrel fermented and 8 months on lees.

Fresh pear and almond aromas. Dry, zesty and slightly textured with more apple and pear flavours on the palate. Pleasing creamy mousse. Nice example of Prosecco and well priced. Still to be released (April 23)

More proof that the Macedon Ranges is a great location for sparkling wines. This wine has a lovely lees driven autolytic nose without being overpowering. Dry, fresh, clean and zesty on the palate.
