Nutty, lees autolytic nose with bread and brioche notes. Creamy well balanced palate with plenty of supporting acid. Flavours continue on the autolytic theme with some honey and caramel notes. Good lively mousse. On lees for 3 years Chardonnay, Pinot Noir blend.

Lovely inviting pink stained fizz. Hints of red apple and light red fruits on the nose. Fleshy dry palate which is textured and creamy. Enjoyable drop. This is a blend of Mourvedre, Nebbiolo and Syrah.
