Slate, stone and mineral driven nose as opposed to the normal lemon and lime. Dry and textured on the palate. Slate dry with tight minerally acidity and a slight nuttiness. Lovely, quality driven wine.

Gentle lime blossom and floral aromas. Dry, firm acidity with a zesty lime juice and grapefruit, mineral palate. More flavour driven than aromas. Long finish. Good representation of the Clare.

Freshly squeezed lime and lemons. Dry, racy acidity that drives the palate. Light bodied fresh with citrus flavours that holds your palate and provides the right amount of intensity to produce a long finish. Classic Clare that is not too lean.
