Granite Hills Pinot Blanc 2021, Macedon Ranges, Victoria

Granite Hills Pinot Blanc 2021, Macedon Ranges, Victoria

Lovely aromatics for a PB. Perfumed nashi pears. Dry, clean, light bodied with well balanced acidity. I find it hard to get excited about Pinot Blanc, it seems to be a popular variety at present. This one is recommended, one of only a few!

Full bodied, yet restrained, the smooth seamless palate is primary fruit driven. Vine vale is more renowned for Grenache but when Shiraz takes the stage it’s elegant and refined. Well done Brett Grocke @eperosawine Rating is outstanding in the 7th edition Australian Wine Guide #barossavalley #barossawine #shiraz #southaustralia
