Lovely honey, lemon and pear skin aromas with subtle hint of flowers and honey. Elegant, textured and creamy on the palate. Nicely phenolic and a hint grippy on the finish. Aged for 10 months in old oak. 64% Marsanne 35% Roussanne.

Late release style showing some development. Toasty, honey and lanolin nose. Creamy textures, soft elegant and supple. Lemon flavours dominate. Shares similar attributes to an aged Hunter Semillon.

lemon curd with a touch of ginger. Palate is built on citrus fruits and not showing much development so has more to offer in time. Dry light bodied and acid driven currently. Cellar for another 10 years.

Aromatically driven with appealing lychee, passion fruit, blossom and apricots. Dry, light bodied with refreshing acidity, melon and stone fruit flavours. Drink young and fresh for summer.
