Ripe pear and red apple aromas with hints of apricot. Dry, medium bodied with matching acidity. A slight creamy texture with more ripe pears on the palate. Well balanced with a lovely concentration which produces a savory finish.
Herbal and floral nose with more greener apple and pear on the palate. Savoury wine driven by 40% barrel fermentation.
