Tyrrell’s Stevens Vineyard Semillon 2016, Hunter Valley, NSW

by | Dec 27, 2021

Beginning its journey into tertiary development. Subtle hints of toast, wet wool and butter notes of medium – intensity. Tighter more refined elegant palate than HVD Semillon. Acid supports the wine until the lemon primary fruit finish kicks in. Overall better acid profile a hint leaner than HVD. Grown in the south of the region on sand with some clay.
