Floral, blossom fragrant nose, with white peach and mandarins. Lovely balanced palate with high acidity but some riper fruit sitting underneath that lengthens the palate. Green apple flavours with acidity that supports the wine along its journey on the palate. Long finish. Classic Hunter Semillon
