According to winemaker Mark Summerfield Cabernet Sauvignon is best suited to the Pyrenees and you can see why with this wine displaying all the classic black fruits on the nose. The region produces full bodied wines and this is a powerful wine on the palate with vanillan new oak notes and a very dry tannic finish.
