Very pale salmon colour. Subtle red fruits such as raspberries and redcurrants with touch of autolytic yeast and fresh bread. Dry, light bodied with firm, high acidity. Strawberries on toast favours with a touch of confectionary. Zesty foaming mousse creating a clean and fresh finish. Plenty of work gone into this wine with five years on lees and hand riddling. 80% Pinot noir and 20% Chardonnay.
