This was formally called their Estate wine. It has a strong black fruit profile displaying black cherry and blackberry as well as floral violets and a touch of earthiness. On the palate tannins are firm, giving the wine structure. Savoury oak notes. as well as licorice, support the core of black fruit. The finish is long. Matured in French oak (30% new)
