Rich intense aromas of black cherries and white pepper, oh so Northern Rhône on the nose. Medium bodied with fragrant, floral flavours and a touch of garrigue and lavender. At it develops more savoury notes come out with cured meats that linger on the slightly tannic finish. Exemplary cool climate Australian Shiraz.
