Complex nose starting with cedar oak but laced with redcurrants, red cherries, dried herbs and even white pepper. Lovely textured palate with fine velvet tannins. More fruit driven on the palate showing red cherries and strawberries. Well balanced acid and alcohol producing a smooth integrated long finish.
