Deep inky ruby colour. Complex nose with licorice, damp earth, cedar and new leather from the use of American oak. Dry, full bodied well balanced wine with savoury spices, vanilla bean and dark chocolate flavours. Ripe tannins build in the mouth to produce a long finish. Cabernet Sauvignon drives this wine with Shiraz filling the palate. Beautifully well balanced wine and deserves it’s title of ‘baby Grange’
