Pepper, gun smoke and graphite with black cherries and plums thrown in for good measure. More fruit comes out on the palate with black cherries dominating that is a touch jammy. Dry, medium bodied with juicy acidity and very soft tannins. Medium finish. This is classic cool climate Mornington Shiraz.
