Hanging Rock Jim Jim Chardonnay 2018, Macedon Ranges, Vic.

by | Dec 31, 2020

Sourced from old Champagne clones makes for an interesting cool climate wine. The nose displays a hint of new oak and citrus aromas. The palate offers finely balanced zesty acidity and some slight MLF and new oak notes, creating an elegant wine that drinks well now but would reward cellaring for a few years to build up more complexity.
