Lovely lemon pith and sherbet nose with hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple. A touch of residual sugar, which you hardly notice, on the palate that is expertly balanced by high acidity. A lovely long finish with a high degree of extract that is Germanic in its character. Peach and apricot flavours. The fruit is key, it’s ripe and rich and holds your attention. Great wine.
