18th release of this classic Australian sparkling wine. The nose has an appealing array of almond meal, nuts, honey and autolytic notes. On the palate it is firm and dry with toast, honey and nut flavours supported by a lively refreshing creamy mousse. Long, textured finish. A serious non vintage sparkling wine based on the 2016 vintage and blended with various back vintages stretching back to 2013 that is aged in a mini of solera system. The wine spends an impressive 6 years on lees.
