Hanging Rock Jim Jim Three 2021, Macedon Ranges, Vic

by | Mar 28, 2022

A blend of Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Riesling in which the Gewurztraminer dominates on the nose supplying appealing musk, floral and apricot aromas. The palate is soft and creamy with hints of ginger. Light bodied with a slightly slippery texture and a touch warm on the finish. Nice blend.
