Earthy, cedar and blackberries on the nose. The palate has a lovely refreshing mousse with a hint of rich creaminess. Elegant with good length the wine has liquorice and black cherry flavours. The wine finishes clean and crisp inviting you to come back for more. This is the 2021 disgorgement. The wine spends 24 months on lees.
