Chosen from 3 blocks and composed of only 9 individual barrels. Deep inky wine. On first approach the nose is a hint reductive, but then opens up to strong white pepper and lovely cured meats. Full bodied and savoury palate with primary black cherry flavours. Accomplished wine, perfectly balanced, well integrated tannins with a long, long finish. Top wine expressive of vineyard and region.

Highly Recommended (Score range 92-94)
A quality focused wine that has plenty of style. Length of palate and intensity are often key characteristics of highly recommended wines. These producers could be the ones to watch in the future.
Recommended (Score range 89-91)
