More on the darker fruit spectrum of Pinot Noir, displaying redcurrants, plums and a touch of stalkiness as well as baking spices. Dry, savoury palate with fine sandpaper like tannins. Red cherries and plums on the flavour front, displaying a nice balanced underlay of acidity. Long finish. Good Pinot.
