On the herbaceous side of Cabernet, which is not a bad thing, sometimes. Textured medium bodied wine that continues on the lean, herbal side. But is dry and elegant with some juicy acidity. I like it. Classic cool climate Australian Cabernet.
Intense nose with vanilla, charcuterie and pleasant floral lift at the back. Primary fruit driven palate with black cherries and blackberries. Juicy acidity and well balanced fine grained, powdery tannins. Long finish. 2% Viognier..... makes me wonder if it is worth...
Complex nose hitting all the right spots. Displaying vanilla and cedar oaks, ripe blackberries and a hint of black pepper. Smooth and elegant on the palate driven by primary fruit fitting a young wine. Long slightly tannic finish. Epitome of Yarra Shiraz.
Black pepper and clove with a touch of cinnamon and nutmeg thrown in for good measure. Full bodied and textured palate with chewy tannins that continue onto the long finish. Good wine.

Strong, but attractive, struck match on the nose. Ripe rich palate displaying plenty of ripe primary stone fruits. Generous wine with soft acid finish. Premium offering from this producer.
Lees driven style laced with hints of new oak. Fresh, zesty palate with a splash of nuts and cream, although the wine does not see any MLF.
