Cedar and earthy driven nose with a leafy note. Appealing primary sweet cassis fruits and sandlewood on the front palate. Dry well balanced medium bodied with integrated ripe tannins producing a long long finish. Outstanding Cabernet. I feel Tahbilk do better Cabernet...

I like the nose - musk stick, rose petal and peach - a classic Viognier nose. Dry, creamy medium bodied soft and round palate. Very good example of viognier and extremely well priced.

Late release style showing some development. Toasty, honey and lanolin nose. Creamy textures, soft elegant and supple. Lemon flavours dominate. Shares similar attributes to an aged Hunter Semillon.

lemon curd with a touch of ginger. Palate is built on citrus fruits and not showing much development so has more to offer in time. Dry light bodied and acid driven currently. Cellar for another 10 years.
